Are you wearing green today? I'm not at the moment, my work uniform is purple/black. But my eyes are green, does that count?
Breakfast yesterday was yoatgurt - this stuff is so filling. It sits like a brick in my stomach (in a good way) for a good 5 hours. I used 1/3 cup oats, water, half a banana, cinnamon & flaxseed for the oats and plain Fage, almond butter & cinnamon for the yogurt.
Mid-morning snack: Cookie Dough Luna Protein bar
For once I actually felt like I ate a "normal" lunch. Salmon salad, laughing cow & spinach on a toasted spelt english muffin with a cheese stick and a pink lady. Generally I feel like I bring "weird foods" for lunch but not this time. Wait, is salmon salad weird...???
Afternoon snack: Fruit and half a Clif Mojo bar,
plus a small piece of chocolate.
The husband was slammed at work & running late so I made a random meatless dinner to satisfy my cravings. Roasted garbanzo beans, sweet potato "fries" and scrambled eggs with Sriracha.
Workout: 2 miles on treadmill followed by an ab routine on the stability ball. <-- Killer!Question: (I know I've asked this before) What's your heritage? Are you Irish? Are you going to pretend to be Irish today? I'm English, Black Irish, Swiss, German and Scottish. Black Irish is somewhat of a long story but basically it has to do with the Spanish getting friendly with the Irish many generations ago...
I'm German and Swedish...no Irish in me. And I'm currently not wearing any green...but my eyes are green too!

My mom's family are Eastern European and my dad's are Irish.
i had no idea you had a work uniform! but if i had to have one i would be most happy if it was purple and black so that rocks. what kind of moves did you do on the stability ball? i need more variety in my ball workouts...

I'm mostly Irish and German with a little less-traceable this and that in there I'm sure. The Irish side only came over two generations back so it's a pretty strong presence in the family. I celebrated with my family over the weekend but I'll probably enjoy some Irish eats and drinks today as well!

what does your hubby do for a living? BTW my heritage? Um..look at the pics...straight up chinese..think won tons. Post your stability ball routine. I've making myself (when not on vacation) do it 3x a week. I just need to work on lower abs. BTW you are the one who has gotten me hoooked on mojo bars
