My last day in February was a good one, I started off my morning with a cup of cinnamon coffee (just add cinnamon into the coffee grounds) with half & half. See the camera?
Then I continued the liquid breakfast theme with some fresh juice and ice water.



I spent a few hours blog-reading and reality tv watching before I made some real food around 11. I guess this would be brunch?

In December 2009 I made myself a workout calendar. Each day has a spot to write in my workouts and each month has a different inspiring photo depicting a new habit I would like to focus on that month.
January I focused on cardio. I managed to work out 20 of 31 days.
February I focused on adding more weight training. I did 13 workouts in 28 days (it's less because I was in Hawaii for 11 days).
March I will be focusing on both cardio & weights as well as adding in more fruits and veggies.
So in the spirit of honesty....this is embarrassing to post but I would like to show off my guns that I've been working so hard for the past couple months. Oh and my new Nike sports bra and shorts. Ha.

No birthmarks here...but I have stretchmarks from the birth of my kids...so technically, they count right?! ;)

Seriously I need a juicer. Also, oven roasted sweet potatoes ARE infinitely better...I only just discovered that you could microwave them, which is good for time, bad for taste.

ReplyDeleteMmm, I love baking sweet potatoes- they really are so much sweeter than when they are microwaved. And I've never topped one with baked beans, but the combo sounds so delicious I'll have to try it!

ReplyDeleteNever thought to pair baked beans with a sweet potato before. I usually always have them on a baked potato (very British!). I'll have to try the SP to make it a little healthier...
