Roasted Garbanzo Beans

Since they are fast becoming my favorite finger food, I figured I would do step-by-step instruction page for my roasted garbanzo beans.

Get ready to make the easiest (and most delicious) recipe ever.

Grab a can (or more) of beans, I prefer Eden organic no salt added but any brand is fine.

Preheat oven to 375*

Rinse beans

Pat dry with a paper towel

These are my favorite seasonings but you can use whatever you prefer (cinnamon, curry, dill, paprika, etc.)

Spread on a foil lined pan

Bake for about 30-35 minutes, stirring/shaking the pan every 10 minutes.

Simple and delicious. Enjoy!

  4. I agree with the above--if I made these, I would have to incorporate them into a salad with a bunch of other stuff, or else their demise would be swift and scrumptious.

That said, I still need to make these!
