Dry Ingredients:
- 1/2 cup whole wheat flour
- 1 cup oats
- 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 1/4 cup soymilk
- 1 Tbsp canola oil
- 1 mashed ripe banana
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Mix all dry and all wet ingredients together in separate bowls.
Add wet to dry. Stir well.
Mix in 1/2 cup chocolate chips and 1/4 cup chopped walnuts.
Bake for 10-12 minutes. Makes 12 cookies.
