Ingredients:
- 1 can chickpeas (15 oz)
- 2 eggs (or 3 egg whites)
- 1/3 cup oat flour (ground up whole oats)
- 1/2 cup flax meal
- 2 T canola oil
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1 tsp b. powder
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of salt
- 1/4 cup agave nectar
- 2 T almond butter
- 1/2 a banana
Cool for 10 minutes, cut and serve!
These are more muffin/bread like than a dessert item. You could make them sweeter with more agave or some brown sugar but I like the versatility of being able to eat them with nut butter and yogurt or with some soup.
These look amazing! I have a can of chickpeas in my pantry that stare at me whenever I open it - I need to put them to good use :)
