This hearty Hobo Casserole is a perfect choice for a cozy dinner with the family. Packed with ground beef, beans, veggies, and topped with crispy tater tots and melted cheese, it's a satisfying comfort food that everyone will love!

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground beef
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes
  • 1 can (8 ounces) tomato sauce
  • 1 can (15 ounces) corn, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) green beans, drained
  • 1 can (15 ounces) black beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 can (15 ounces) kidney beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 3 cups frozen tater tots
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. In a large skillet, cook the ground beef, onion, and garlic over medium-high heat until the beef is browned and the onion is softened, about 5-7 minutes.
