  • 250 grams Pancit Canton (Filipino-style egg noodles)
  • 2 boneless chicken breasts, thinly sliced
  • 1 large onion, chopped
  • 4 cloves of garlic, minced
  • 1 large carrot, julienned
  • 1 red bell pepper, julienned
  • 2 cups of shredded cabbage
  • 1 cup of sliced green beans
  • 3 tablespoons of soy sauce
  • 1 chicken bouillon cube
  • 3 cups of chicken broth
  • 2 tablespoons of cooking oil
  • 2 green onions, chopped (for garnish)
  • 1 lemon, cut into wedges (for serving)


  1. Heat the cooking oil in a large pan or wok over medium heat.
  2. Add the sliced chicken breasts to the pan and sauté until they are fully cooked. Remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
