This flavorful casserole is low in carbs and packed with delicious beef and broccoli. It's a perfect dish for your keto-friendly food blog.


  • 1.5 lbs (680g) beef sirloin, thinly sliced
  • 4 cups broccoli florets
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
  • Salt and pepper, to taste
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil


  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium-high heat and add 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Add the beef slices to the skillet and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
  3. In the same skillet, add the remaining tablespoon of olive oil and sauté the onion and garlic until softened and fragrant.
  4. Add the broccoli florets to the skillet and cook for about 5 minutes until slightly tender. Remove from heat and set aside.
  5. In a mixing bowl, combine the beef broth, heavy cream, cream cheese, Parmesan cheese, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, dried oregano, dried thyme, salt, and pepper. Mix well until smooth and creamy.
  6. In a greased casserole dish, layer half of the cooked beef slices on the bottom.
  7. Spread the cooked broccoli and onion mixture evenly over the beef.
  8. Pour the creamy sauce mixture over the broccoli layer, ensuring it covers the entire dish.
